Accounts Terms and Conditions
TalkAsia Marketplace allows freelancers to work under two categories:
1. Free Plan Category
- A user can operate only one account using the same device or same IP address under the Free Plan category.
- Using multiple accounts on the same device or IP, or using VPNs or proxies to bypass this restriction, is strictly prohibited.
- If detected, TalkAsia’s AI-based system will permanently suspend the account along with its balance.

Free Plan Policy for Freelancers
- A freelancer can work under a Free Plan for the first month after account creation.
- After 1 month, the Free Plan account will expire, and the freelancer will no longer be able to work using the expired free account.
- To continue working, the freelancer must upgrade to a Pro Subscription.
- Warning: Creating a new free account after expiration is strictly prohibited, especially using:
- The same device or IP address
- Multiple IP addresses
- VPNs or proxy services
Violations may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.
